You've Lost Me, Haven't You? Or Have I Lost You?

It's Sunday 3.35am in the morning and I have been awake since Friday afternoon. I feel young again, completely rejuvenated. Like you know, I am going against the natural forces in my body that are pulling me towards the queen-sized bed - right behind me now. Some form of rebellion, does it count? Probably not.

But nonetheless, these fingers itch to type and update this hell of a space, for some reason or another.






Anyway, we kids successfully surprised the big old man, our big old Dad, as the clock struck 12 on the 12th of October, last Wednesday! It was unforgettable how Dad didn't see it coming at all, especially not the home-baked chocolate cake. For the past years, we had always resorted to buying a ready-made cake for him so it was all real touching as Dad turned "20 with an additional 25 years of good old experience" (his own words, not mine) Aww I love my dad for he means the world to me now - in fact, my whole family does - enough said ♥


Ah, I am always happy to come home and be greeted by a parcel of new books on my bed, with Tomi guarding it safely. 


                                                






And I have also been watching several real good movies on my laptop, with the exception of the last two shown above. I finally dragged a girlfriend to watch 'Friends With Benefits' with me over at Lot One last Tuesday night cause I badly needed to see Mila Kunis on-screen again. It was predictable of course, but nice in the ways it made me want to believe again - in love, friendships, relationships, purpose and everything out there, you know? Anyway, besides that, I've watched 'The Change-Up' too, together with lil brother and my dad over in town earlier on Saturday night. After spending a whole Saturday selling my stuffs at a flea market (got a booth with Nana!), I thought I deserved a movie to wrap up the day. The movie was highly enjoyable, in my opinion! It was hilarious which was the main reason why I didn't simply collapse into a deep slumber, considering my lack of sleep. Thumbs-up indeed!

Ah and now Sunday morning has come again, drawing a close to another weekend soon enough. I should probably sink myself deep into the comforts of my lovely bed and wake up whenever to meet a couple of friends for a study date. Ugh, I swear, the workload never ends Zzzz
