I had a lovely time catching up with my friends over in town earlier today ♥

Before that, I met up with Amirah and headed back down to SAJC. We finally collected our A-levels certificates! Lol anyway it felt pretty good being back in SA. I had bittersweet memories there but it was all fun, for the most part, especially in Year 2. We kept reminiscing the times in school -all the mugging and running around tracks before night study sessions, long and boring lectures, endless assignments, etc. Despite all that, I gotta admit that things were still much simpler in those JC days.. I'm not just talking about the studies part of course.

So anyway, I spent the rest of my Thursday chilling out in town. Zul, Aishah and Ben came along too. It's been so long since I met them. We all had such a great time, laughing over rounds Monopoly Deal games and finally got to catch up on our lives. It was a nice night out indeed ♥

Sometimes, I come to a realization that life is simple and that we humans often find ways to complicate things. Every problem we face has a solution. It's all about choices. More often than not, we are capable of rectifying our problems or find ways to overcome some challenges, it's whether we want to do so or not. Of course, at times, some things are just tough to deal with. Still, there is always a way out. Always. Right now, I just need to convince myself that.
