I loved the french movie Amelie which was played in my lit lecture earlier today. The whole cinematography, effects and the plot was just intriguing. It's a simple movie, yet it's filled with so many layers. The simplistic narration of the movie coupled with a matter-of-fact tone throughout the film just emphasises its main theme. Yes I really enjoyed the film, period. I'm so glad it's one of the examinable texts for my lit module.

Anyway, my Wednesday turned out fine. It was actually okay but right now I kept thinking about how luck does play a big part in our lives. Some things do depend on luck, isn't it? Something happened earlier and it totally made me realise that sometimes, I only have luck to blame. It really just wasn't my luck, and it was hers. So why should I get so annoyed? Gosh, it wasn't her fault at all. It was just her luck, right? Okay, none of you (except for one or two) won't actually know what I'm referring to but whatever, I just needed to type it all out.

Point is, some things remain inexplicable.
